ERCIM Working Group on Quantum Technologies

The ERCIM Working Group on Quantum Technologies (QT) fosters European research and development in quantum computing, communication, sensing, and hardware. The initiative aims to integrate expertise across academia and industry, addressing key challenges such as scalability, error correction, system integration, and benchmarking. It promotes collaboration through projects, workshops, and dissemination activities, while supporting young researchers and raising awareness of societal and industrial impacts. The WG also provides a platform for innovation, networking, and knowledge exchange, strengthening Europe’s leadership in the emerging quantum economy.
